She is honourable Dr. T.S. Kanaka from India.
She is the first woman Neuro Surgeon in Asia.
She broke the myth in India that only Men can do surgeries
(she was given a pass in MS examination
only after 6th attempt - what a struggle!). In addition to doing excellent Neurosurgery and lot of research in the same, she has donated her blood 150 times in her life. She has spent most of her income, time and effort for the benefits of the society. She did not marry. She remained single to devote herself to the medical profession. She is a winner of life time achievement award. She is a very simple and humble human being.
