Which is The Best Hell?

Jasper died and went to hell. There he found that for every
country, there is a separate hell. He decided to go to
the hell which has least painful punishments. He went to
the Austrian hell and asked a person "what kind of
punishments are available here?"
That man told Jasper "first they put you in an electric chair
for an hour. Then they lay you on a bed of nails for another
hour. Then the Austrian ghost comes and beats you for
the rest of the day". Jasper was afraid of these punishments.
He left that place.
Then Jasper went to the USA hell as well as the Russian hell
and many more. He discovered that all hell were similar to
the Austrian hell. All the hell of all countries had the same
punishments.
Then he came to the Indian hell and found that there was
a very long queue of people waiting to enter.
Jasper asked a person who stood in the queue "what kind of
punishments are available here?"
That man told Jasper "first they put you in an electric chair for
an hour. Then they lay you on a bed of nails for another hour.
Then the Indian ghost comes and beats you for the rest of
the day".
Jasper asked "Exactly these same punishments are available
in all the hell. But why are here so many people waiting to enter
this Indian hell?"
That man said to Jasper "Because there is no electricity here.
so the electric chair doesn't work. The nails were ordered.
But they were never supplied by the contractor, so the bed
is comfortable to sleep on. And the ghost comes in, signs on
his time sheet and goes back home for other businesses!!"
